Our process begins with FACILITATION of leadership to help uncover the mission, values and strategies to success. This can be done over the course of one weekend or a series of weekends. FACILITATION creates understanding of the organization in a way that is simple and accessible.
In order to fully leverage the learning and clarity gained by the leadership through facilitation, we offer ongoing COACHING of the senior leaders in the organization. COACHING supports implementation, tracking and midcourse corrections and is key in expanding the capacity of the senior leaders.
Our 4U process is built on 10 key SYSTEMS that help unite the organization from the top down - from the leadership to the staff, to your clients and to the person who does not yet know of your organization - all of whom are a part of the organization's community. This key SYSTEMS apparatus supports and empowers the leadership to execute and be accountable, and ultimately unleashing the potential of the organization.
