As the President of XP4U Ed is passionate about leading his team to take their skills, perspectives and expertise to many churches. With his experience as an Executive Pastor, he takes the coach approach to get the best out of church leaders, through supporting them with tried systems which cultivate and develop the leaderships' skills, passions and goals for ministry, while empowering them to achieve greater levels of effectiveness both professionally and personally. Ed is an active coach trainer who has invested in many pastors, board members, lay leaders and volunteers to enhance their leadership tool belt by growing and helping them utilize a coach approach in their own leadership capacity.
Ed is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Personal Strengths facilitator (level I and II) and holds a MA from Trinity Western University. His experience in coaching extends to corporate and non-profit executives and boards, as well as small business owners and academics. Currently he serves at Foothills Alliance Church as the Executive Pastor and has been involved several non-profit organizations including: the Homelessness Task Force, Changing the Face of Poverty and Opportunity International Canada.
In his free time, Ed enjoys anything done with his three kids and wife, Hannah. Ed and Hannah both enjoy life in Calgary through hospitality, reading, hiking and being a foodie family.

Dale has spent more than 27 years in church, seminary and non-profit environments as an executive, worship and youth pastor, professor and musician. Currently he is the Executive Pastor at Forest Grove Community Church in Saskatoon.
Dale has an undergraduate degree in Music, a Master's degrees in Christian Education and Leadership/Management and a Doctorate in Theology of Christian Worship. He has also completed a Executive Coach graduate certificate program (Royal Roads University). Dale has taught at Briercrest College and Seminary in the areas of worship, leadership and church ministry and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Briercrest, Horizon and a thesis advisor at the R.E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies in Florida. Musical accomplishments include producing 6 records/CDs, publishing over 40 songs and having been signed to both Canadian and US labels.
Dale and his wife, Rebecca enjoy the outdoors - fishing, hunting and camping. he also enjoys woodworking and golf. They have two married daughters and two grandsons. Read more here.

Gordon has an extensive record of success as a senior Christian Executive in a broad spectrum of challenging church, education and government leadership roles. He served as Executive Pastor at Centre Street Church and Beulah Alliance Church. He has also chaired the Calgary public Board of Education and served as a college president, school principal, senior cabinet minister and an assistant deputy minister. With extensive experience as a consultant to church boards and non-profits and as a coach to both boards and senior executives, Gordon is committed to helping organizational leaders and their teams create successful futures and lead people to results.
Holding a Bachelor of Education degree, a Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and a Master of Education degree with a speciality in administration, Gordon is also an ordained minster. Currently, he serves on the Board of the Rosebud School of the Arts and is a member of the Corpath Business Forum. Some past memberships include: CentrePoint-Advancing Non-Profit Management; City of Calgary's "Imagine Calgary Steering Committee" and the Government of Alberta's Results Based Budgeting Review committee.
Gordon has been married for 44 to Joy, a retired Citizenship Court Judge. In 2005 he was awarded the Alberta Centennial Medal and the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012. Gordon is an avid reader, sports fan, and enjoys fitness, motorcycling and travel.
